It has helped me stay positive whilst starting a new business on my own as it can be a scary process. I raced through the programme and am going over it again as I get a lot from it and I do the meditations also. I wish I had it all on CD so I don't need internet access all the time. 
It has made me realise blocks I were not even aware of. I highly recommend it to one and all.
