The Quest for Personal Mastery

"My only choice is to change my self and this quest is my helping grace"

Coming from a poor socio-economic background from rural India, had a positive out-look towards life but not able to get into the reality of life in India.
Presently working in family-run multi-specialty hospital with good remuneration. Work for around ten hours a day for this is my self-belief that " I was manufactured to work"
The worst part which not able digest and need resilience is that one average at someone reminds me that my knowledge and capabilities are not up to the mark, many time tears flowed from my eyes, I need to change this situation or change myself, now my only choice is to change my self and this quest is my helping grace.
