Prior to starting this quest I was meditating in a more passive fashion and not really developing my intuition. I’ve always experienced difficulties tapping into my intuitive abilities. Today while practicing the Merging technique (day 28 of the quest) I clearly received the 3 words from my higher self and followed with my 3 words which I purposely did not think about before actually saying them. They were completely spontaneous, yet in perfect harmony with the words from my higher self. All words are in complete alignment with my vision of where I want to be and what I want to be doing in the near future.
My vision is to be a positive influence and help people achieve/reclaim their optimal health through public speaking events and group educational seminars. The only way to affect positive change on our planet is to give people the means to be physically, mentally, and spiritually healthy. Higher self 3 words - peace, love , heal. My spontaneous 3 words - heal the world.
